- This is a great book. I was sued by a contractor in superior court for the payment I withheld because it did the job wrong and his workmanship was shoddy. He dropped a mechanics lien on my property, then filed a claim for unjust enrichment, breach of contract, and common goods. With the help of this book, I responded to his claim but also filed a cross complaint. The book also help with the discover phase, and trial preparation. At the bench trial, my case could have been a bit better, but I don't see how his case could have gone worse. I was so well prepared and his attorney wasn't able to but together the evidence or argument that made sense. Of course I felt I had a strong case but I didn't know just how poor their case was until I heard their witnesses and how the presented their evidence. Without this book I would have lost, and with the aid of this book, the court ruled in my favor on my entire cross-complaint. Just like the title says "Win your lawsuit." Of course I spent hours and hours over two years to win, but it was worth it. Buy this book, win your lawsuit. I did.
- Read this book and you can represent yourself if you have a need to sue in court. I am almost ready to put what I have learned to use in small claims court. I had talked to an attorney about represneting me and he recommended this book and told me I could save thousands of dollars by reading and using this book to represent myself and after reading the book I'm confident that I can do it. It spells out everything one must do, all the forms you need to file, where and when you need to file them, etc., etc. It guides you through the entire process. Additionally, I got it much cheaper here at than other sites I looked at.

- Was on time and met my specifications.
- If you read carefully and follow the directions precisely, this book is extremely helpful and may preclude the necessity of hiring a lawyer to file a suite. It worked for me.
